Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Budbeam mobile application (including both the phone app and the Budbeam app for supported projectors) and related services (the "Service") provided by Budbeam Tech ("Budbeam", "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any content you project and for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Accounts

Registration is required to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Both the phone app and the projector app are operated by Budbeam.

3. Device Connection

The Service can be used on a phone, on a projector, or with both for an enhanced experience. When used together with a projector, the devices connect over your local network (the same Wi-Fi/LAN), allowing you to cast or mirror content to the projector. The exact way devices connect may change as the app is updated.

4. Purchases & Payment

Paid content — such as content packs — is offered as one-time, non-recurring purchases processed by the App Store or Google Play. Billing and payment are handled by the respective platform according to its terms. Once purchased, a content pack is yours to use permanently. Lifetime packs continue to receive new content updates at no additional cost. Except where required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy, purchases are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All holiday projection content, trademarks, and software provided through the Service are the property of Budbeam or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budbeam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
